You need to review your new words and phrases regularly.
It does not matter if you forget them.
It does not matter if you cannot remember them.
You can review your yellow words and phrases in the lesson.
You can go to the vocabulary page to review your new words and phrases.
There you can use flashcards to review your new words and phrases.
If you have questions you can ask the tutor.
You can make grammar notes for each LingQ that you create.
You can review examples for each LingQ that you create.
This helps you learn how the new words are used.
You can put a tag on each LingQ you create.
If you put a tag on a LingQ this will help you review all the LingQs that have the same tag.
